What you’ll be doing:
Create reports and prepare presentationsProvide sales reporting as neededMake travel arrangementsMaintain databaseOrder office suppliesConduct research and manage special projects as necessaryAssist with preparation for special events, programs, and conferencesNew hire preparation - phone, computer, mailbox, supplies, name tagInvoice processingWhat you bring to the table:
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access)Strong organizational skills, highly motivated, with attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent internal and external customer service skillsMust be sensitive to working with confidential informationQualifications:
