As a Warehouse Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible of guarantee the inventory integrity, finished product billing process and responsible of the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to help the internal processes. In this role, you will collect, review, and analyze complex and/or confidential information and creating reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials.

You will be reporting to the Control and billing desk coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the internal clients' inventory.Review inputs and outputs from warehouse.Creation and follow up purchase orders of goods and services.Report closings monthly.Confinement of decreases.Inventory semestral.

Qualifications

Previous 1 year experience in similar positions.High School education level or Bachelor at 50%.Excel (can perform complex functions).Knowledge of inventories, billing process and excellence operative systems.Knowledge of Oracle R12, OTM, WMS.
