_Note: The hourly rate for this position is $33 - $34 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. **Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare wall surfaces for installation (patching, sanding, priming)
+ Measure, cut, and match patterns with precision
+ Apply adhesives and install a variety of wallcoverings, including: Traditional paper-backed Vinyl and fabric-backed
+ Ensure all seams, corners, and edges are seamless and free of bubbles or wrinkles
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, protecting surrounding finishes and furnishings
+ Collaborate with, project managers, and other trades to meet project timelines
+ Follow all safety and quality standards
+ Shift Hours: 7:45AM - 4:30PM
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 2+ years of professional wallpaper installation experience
+ Strong knowledge of adhesives, tools, and prep techniques
+ Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications
+ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
+ Reliable transportation and ability to work on downtown Seattle project
+ Preferred Skills: Experience with commercial installations
+ This is water damage/ restorative work on this project
+ Background in fine finishing, painting, or decorative arts
+ Familiarity with moisture- and heat-resistant wallcoverings
