Join us and find out how you can make a difference today._** Responsibilities Include: + Strive to achieve a care delivery system that fosters excellence in nursing practice, care, teamwork, positive customer/client relations, safe and high-quality driven practices. + Oversee day to day patient care + Provide guidance and direction to the Nursing Staff in the delivery of professional nursing care + Involvement in interview/hiring of new Nurses + Work with residential program director/medical director with any concerns + Work with Scheduler to cover shifts + Deliver hands on care/medication administration + Maintain documentation for Incident Reports regarding nursing, Equipment Control Logs + Manage training of new employees + Communicate issues with AVP of Nursing + Act as a liaison between patient family and healthcare staff + Manage patient treatment plans + Participate in performance improvement / quality improvement initiatives + Actively involved in Nursing ON CALL Rotation Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred + Current Registered Nurse license + Leadership and management + Conflict management + Integrity and trust + Compassion and composure \#Walden
