About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.About the role
The Server position provides an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Servers anticipate and service guests needs before being asked and are knowledgeable about all available menu options, beverage lists and daily specials.
What you will do
Takes orders for, serves (where applicable, prepares) food and beverages to guests as per standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
Having knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
Anticipates guest needs, offers suggestions and ascertains satisfaction.
Takes ownership of guest concerns and requests and acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction when glitches occur.
Is highly sensitive to guest preferences; assists in compiling guest history; offers a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.
Accurately posts guest checks, processes payments and adheres to related control procedures in a vigilant manner.
Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations as well as the back-of-house areas.
Plate, prepare food & beverage items and serve as indicated in the Standards Training Manual.
What you bring
An outgoing, engaging personality with a can-do attitude towards every task.
One to two years of previous experience in a Food & Beverage outlet, ideally within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
A strong hospitality spirit, with a natural ability to connect with guests and anticipate their needs.
High level of understanding and knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards.
Exceptional communication skills, with a positive and collaborative approach to working with both guests and team members.
Previous experience with F&B computer systems and the ability to operate POS and related equipment with ease.
Ability to remain composed, organized, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
A polished, professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the standards of a luxury brand.
Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to different service styles, guest preferences, and operational demands.
Commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.

Schedule & Hours:
Seasonal contract, full Time, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts (including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends).
