Politely and courteously serves guests, ensuring their complete satisfaction by following the established “Sequence of Service”Sets up, cleans, and resets tables on time, according to applicable standards, ensuring cleanliness and overall condition, and checking that tablecloths and placemats are clean and well-ironedCleans and polishes cutlery and service utensilsTakes orders and serves guestsProcesses restaurant charges, issues bills, and handles paymentsPrepare and clean restaurant equipment, guest tables, and food and beverage stationsActively participates in all food and beverage department training programsAdheres to set hygiene standards and standards of professional appearance and personal hygieneParticipates in the implementation of HACCP standards
