**JOB PURPOSE:** Provide detailed area business analysis and profound insight to promote the implementation of central projects in the region. In alignment with the central Commercial strategy and the actual area business situation, tailor-made area Commercial strategy cooperation projects, compliance implementation with accurate budget. 结合中央商务战略和区域业务实际,量身定制区域商务战略合作项目,精准预算,合规执行。 According to business needs, establish contact with relevant gov departments of Financial Bureau in the area and maintain close communication to shape a policy environment at the key province / city / district level. 根据业务需要,与辖区内政府财政相关部门建立联系并保持密切沟通,营造重点省/市/区层面的回款政策环境。 Plan the area distribution model and manage the commercial channels. 规划区域经销模式及统筹管理商业渠道。 **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:** Provide detailed area business analysis and profound insight to promote the implementation of central projects in the region. 推动全国项目在区域落地执行; Conduct an in-depth analysis of area pain points to offer recommendations on market analysis and customer insights to the central Commercial team and area leader. Develop area project plans and key issue solutions. 深入分析区域业务痛点,为中央商务团队及区域管理层提供市场分析、客户洞察等方面建议,制定区域商务项目发 展计划及关键问题解决方案; With the goal of supporting commercial area business development, establish and maintain an area academic platform to empower CDC at all levels. ; )In accordance with the central Commercial strategy and in line with area business objectives, develop an annual area project plan, take charge of the area project budget, coordinate resources, and carry out the project as planned. )Ensure the implementation of area business strategy and the effectiveness and implementation rate of activities, achieve the maximum utilization of resources, in order to achieve the overall objectives of the Area. )Develop CDC and Financial Bureau engagement toolkits for area (such as communication key message, slide kits, etc.) and develop specific promotional materials for each area. 4)Implement projects from Commercial, ensuring the successful execution of central projects in the region. 执行商务部项目工作,承接中央商务项目在区域落地执行; Focusing on business objectives and shaping the payment policy environment at the key provincial / municipal / district level /市/区层面回款政策环境 1)In response to area business needs, build a governmental level communication platform with Finance Bureau , cultivate and engage relevant KDM, and optimize the area policy environment. 基于区域业务需要,搭建政府财政等相关沟通平台,融动相关KDM,优化区域政策环境; 2)Analyze the progress of policy implementation in the region, maintain internal and external communication, establish communication system for Financial Bureau , and promote policy implementation. 分析区域内相关政策进展,保持顺畅内外部沟通协作,建立财政相关部门传播体系,推动回款政策落实; 3)Establish long-term relationship with Finance KOL and key speaker, build a solid and win-win relationship. 注重与区域财政客户、重要讲者建立长期和广泛的联系,建立稳固、共赢的合作关系。 4) Explore new promotion and project models with innovative thinking models to establish a new normal communication platform with Financial Bureau. 以创新性思维模式探索新的财政相关部门与企业常态化沟通平台。 Channel Management and Expansion: Responsible for the provincial listing of pharmaceuticals, distributor layout, coordinating efficient cross-function collaboration, and supporting hospital listings. In line with national and provincial-level relevant policies and key channel imperatives, optimize the area commercial distribution model gradually. **JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree or above in life sciences such as biological, medical, or pharmaceutical or degree in marketing or business administration from a credible institution **Experience & knowledge:** + At least 5 years relative experience in pharmaceutical MNC company + 5年以上跨国公司(药品/OTC等)相关工作经历 + At least 5 years working experience in product management or area marketing management + 5年以上的区域市场或产品管理工作经验 + Able to analyse data, to evaluate promotional/tactical activities and to prepare marketing plans 能够分析数据,以评价推广/策略活动和制定市场计划 + Good communication with officials from central government and local government + Proficient in Commercial, area market, and government affairs, with capabilities in policy interpretation, market strategy and execution, and pharmaceutical commercial management. + 市场策略及活动执行、药品商务管理等能力 + Able to travel frequently domestically based on business request in the requirement. **Core competencies:** + Sensitive capability in market dynamic and customer insights + Excellent business analytical & problem solving skills + Capable and positive influence others + Good interpersonal & communication skills, good across functions collaboration + ,跨职能协作 + Fluent in English (oral and written) **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
