VSM Specialist (value stream mapping)

London – Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

We’re hiring a VSM Specialist to support a key initiatives and drive operational improvements through value stream mapping. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, process-oriented professional who enjoys facilitation, system thinking, and improving cross-functional team performance.

 

The Role:

Plan, facilitate, and document value stream mapping (VSM) workshops Identify relevant metrics and define measurement systems for process performance Use systems thinking to uncover inefficiencies and improvement areas Foster better engagement between teams and stakeholders Conduct regular process audits to ensure adherence and readiness Develop clear process maps, visual flows, and business case documentation Maintain VSM documentation including dashboards, boards, and standard work guidelines

 

What you will bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or related field Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a VSM-related role; 8+ years combined experience in business or technology functions Strong experience in process mapping, workshop facilitation, and Agile delivery environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Collaborative team player with a people-first mindset

Nice to have skills:

Lean Six Sigma certification Hands-on experience using VSM tools and techniques Background in business analysis or process optimization
