The Regional HR Lead is responsible to create a consistent "One dsm-firmenich" employee experience at every moment that matters, by bringing to live global BU strategies, Group HR plans and processes, dsm-firmenich Values & Behaviors and integrated HR solutions to the local levels, to build business growth and engaged teams
Key responsibilities:
• Partner for “One DSM-Firmenich" initiative and deploy planned initiatives across the region.
• Leads and coach the teams within the region and build a resource deployment mechanism that drives people engagement & development. Build a locally anchored and globally connected team of generalists with broad capabilities and selected expert knowledge. Act as liaison with SVP HR Regions providing insights on unique local needs as well as feedback on global programs/initiatives from regions to COEs/Global HR LT for HR portfolio.
• Establish and maintain successful HR partnership and relationships across all levels of the organization, promoting employee oriented, high performing culture. Ensure a strong employee/manager experience and enable human-centric interaction throughout the region.
• Ensures we provide all HR solutions & processes in an efficient, aligned & lean way, while maintaining proximity and supporting the business in the Region.
+ Manages Tactical/Operational Talent Acquisition (incl. RPO management)
+ Manages the interface with HR Operations (GES) to drive efficiency
+ Defines and drives locally (business agnostic) led/required initiatives & programs
• Accountable for labor relations/unions coordinating with respective countries in the Region. Ensure legal and social compliance with local employment laws and code of conduct.
• Lead change and organizational initiatives to support Country transformation and growth

You bring:
• University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
• HR Management: HR Generalist experience in different HR fields incl. experience in leading global teams. High-level understanding of critical country employer practices and labor laws
• Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical mindset. Change Management skills.
• Strong influencing skills. Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills on all hierarchical levels
• Organizational and cultural awareness/sensitivity. Ability to build and lead a diverse team.
• Ideally having lived and worked in more than one country, located in the Region
