VP Product, Admin & Trust - Slack

As VP of Product for Admin & Trust, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for all administrative tooling, compliance frameworks, permissions, governance, as well as safety and security features for our enterprise and downmarket customers. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Security, Legal, and Customer Success to deliver seamless, powerful, and user-friendly solutions that meet the needs of IT and Security teams—without compromising the user experience that makes our product great.

What You’ll Do:

Define and lead the product strategy for Admin, Privacy, Integrity, & Compliance features across SlackDrive development of features such as RBAC, audit logs, SSO/SAML/SCIM integrations, compliance tooling (e.g., DLP, eDiscovery, GDPR, SOC2), and organizational settingsLead a strategy to build truly differentiated analytics and administration tools so that customers can have confidence in the quality and value of their Slack deployment.Own customer and stakeholder engagement for enterprise security needs—translating complex IT requirements into elegant, usable product experiencesCollaborate with Engineering and Design to ship scalable, performant, and delightful featuresPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support GTM efforts and ensure feature adoption and retentionAnticipate and respond to changing administrative and compliance needs in an AI-first environmentDefine and monitor success metrics and product KPIs tied to enterprise adoption, security posture, and administrative efficiencyLead and grow a team of product managers focused on this domain

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years in a leadership roleDeep expertise in enterprise SaaS—especially in admin tooling, identity management, or security productsProven ability to build enterprise-ready features without sacrificing usabilityStrong technical aptitude; comfortable engaging with engineering on architecture, APIs, and platform implicationsExperience working with InfoSec, Legal, and IT stakeholders at Fortune 500 companiesExceptional communication and influencing skills; able to represent the voice of the customer internally and externallyPassion for creating elegant, consumer-grade experiences even in complex domainsExperience building and leading high-performing PM teams

Bonus Points For:

Experience with FedRAMP, HIPAA, or other regulatory frameworksBackground in collaboration tools, productivity software, or communications platformsA blend of B2C and B2B product experience

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $307,100 to $491,500.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $281,000 to $449,600.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $307,100 to $491,500.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $281,000 to $449,600.
