Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. **Your key responsibilities** + Lead Safety (Safety, Health & Environment)for Biomedical globally, creating a culture where safety is prioritized and never compromised + Develop and implement strategies to optimize global operations, aligning with overarching Biomedical Strategy. + Accountable for Global Operations P&L alongside longer-term investment plan for the operations assets, to meet current and future needs on production efficiency, capability and capacity. + Represent operations during customer meetings as needed, solving manufacturing challenges and supporting with necessary commercial development quoting and scoping. Build and maintain network and partnerships with existing and potential external suppliers, to spot, develop and realize opportunities for savings, improvements and innovations for Biomedical. + Oversee the supply chain from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to customers. Ensure the efficient procurement, production, and distribution of products while managing inventory levels and minimizing supply chain risks. + Lead manufacturing operations across multiple facilities worldwide, ensuring close connection with the Quality & Regulatory team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality control, and safety protocols. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location.
