VP of HR
Location: Hybrid near Brockton, MA (onsite 3 days/week as needed)

A manufacturing client is looking to hire a VP of HR to own their people strategy as the business grows.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the leadership team on company-wide strategyOwn the development of strategic HR plans and policies across the entire functionServe as a business partner and coach to senior leadership & managers around talent strategy, leadership development, organizational development, change management, and moreOversee benefits, HRIS, and payroll operationsManage an HR team across multiple sites

Qualifications:
