Kforce has a client that is seeking a VP of Finance in Tampa, FL. Duties Include: * VP of Finance will lead and manage the finance and accounting functions for the organization, with a focus on accuracy, transparency, and compliance * Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards, ensuring analysis of multiple revenue streams * Oversee daily financial transactions and internal controls to maintain financial integrity * Manage reconciliation processes and period-end closings * Lead the annual budgeting process and conduct ongoing financial performance reviews * Direct accounting functions including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) * As a VP of Finance, you will manage loan draw processes and funding activities * Oversee and support administrative and financial systems, including R365, Excel, Zoho, Jolt, and Power BI * Maintain and manage product configuration and system functionality * Ensure alignment with executive leadership, including regular engagement with the COO for workload reviews, strategic planning, and performance assessments
