Role Profile:
We are seeking an individual to join the Office 365 squads to support the program and team in delivering Copilot in the coming months. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical foundation with a focus on Purview and Copilot, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate within a global team
What you’ll do in the role:
Deep understanding of M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Office ProPlus.
Gen AI Fundamentals and Copilot Integration: Foundational knowledge in Gen AI and experience in configuring and supporting Copilot features across Microsoft 365 applications.
Deep expertise in Purview stack: Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), including sensitivity labels, encryption, DLP, DSPM, Audit logging, Governance and Gen AI app security
Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and diagnostics within the M365 environment.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and written skills
Ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly and operate in a face paced environment
Keeping up with evolving M365 and Copilot capabilities and translating them into integration and information protection strategies
What you’ll bring to the role:
A minimum of 7+ years of IT experience delivering Office 365 solutions
Track record of design and delivering a Office365 , Purview Information Protection and Copilot project
Experience working in financial services or consulting firm preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in banking, DLP, SharePoint, security controls for Gen AI is advantageous
Technical Skills Gen AI and M365 Copilot integration
Deep expertise in Purview DLP and Information Protection, Copilot and Gen AI app protection and governance
Office365 experience - O365 Foundation, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive
High degree of technical knowledge of relevant architectures
Knowledge of AI development, governance frameworks , patterns and risk monitoring
Knowledge on Copilot extensibility model, including Connectors , Copilot API and Plugins
Effective leadership and management of IT staff
Excellent communications skills
