You and Your JobAs an Insurance Manager you will be successful at helping clients develop a risk management plan that fits the individual farm or operation.
Responsible for selling and servicing insurance products, managing and conducting insurance marketing activities for the assigned are, sector, or market segment. This position will work with RMT to cross-sell Rabo Agrifinance insurance products to new and existing customer base. Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional programs as it relates to the overall marketing plan.
Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a portfolio of insurance business-responsible for overall client satisfaction, customer retention, and new customer referrals.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to strengthen existing borrower client relationships by providing value added services such as risk management advice and insurance products.
Support efforts to build the Rabobank Brand by introducing RAFI clients to other products and services offered by Rabo.
Manage and conduct marketing activities in assigned area in coordination with local and corporate marketing staff-i, e, grower meetings, trade shows, local events.
Write insurance applications and perform service activities that are best performed with a physical presence at the farm gate.
Other duties as assigned and as necessary to maintain the highest level of customer service and responsiveness.

Salary Expectations:Target Hiring Range: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
