Our Kforce client located in the Saint Louis, MO area is seeking a VP of Finance Strategy Performance candidate to join their company. The client offers salary and benefits. This position is scheduled as a hybrid work environment, one day a week on-site. Duties: * VP Finance Strategy Performance will lead strategic initiatives and performance monitoring across client markets * Manage a team of clinical and financial analysts delivering insights and standardized reporting * Build and maintain strong relationships with client finance and contracting teams * Develop and present complex value-based financial models and performance reports * Support payer/provider contracting strategies using analytics and economic modeling * Reconcile payer performance reports and support clients in resolving discrepancies * As a VP Finance Strategy Performance, you will serve as a subject matter expert in value-based payment models across all lines of business * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive population health impact * Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and modeling expertise * Collaborative leader with excellent communication and organizational skills
