Salary Mid-Point: $200 Location: North York ON Job Type: Permanent Our client is an iconic Canadian branded manufacturing and distribution company is looking to add to their team a VP Finance on a full time basis.  If you can get into the office 4-5 days per week in North York and have experience with high-growth/PE back ventures, we would like to speak with you.  Our client is a $150 million dollar revenue Company and is offering a very attractive overall compensation package with a very generous base salary, bonus and equity.

As the VP Finance, you are going to have many responsibilities including, but not limited to: Day to day and period end accounting, reporting, audit, managing the day to day team of accountants, including Controller, etc. Implementation of a new ERP and process improvements Design operational and plant level reporting for the businesses, KPI's. etc. Leading the budgeting and forecasting process Helping to integrate acquisitions and analyze potential acquisitions, etc.
Qualifications CPA [CPA, CA preferred] with 15+ years progressive experience working in a manufacturing environment backed by PE Able to get into the office 4-5 days per week Ability to 'wear' the many hats listed above
