Direct field sales execution plans to drive revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction across all store formats.Identify and execute local sales/merchandising opportunities that drive top line and bottom line results.Develop and implement field merchandising strategies that align with company initiatives and local market opportunities.Optimize retail operations by developing scalable processes, tools, and performance standards for in-store execution.Partner with cross-functional teams to align Merchandising, Marketing, and promotional initiatives with store capabilities.Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement.Oversee change management and rollout of new programs and technologies to ensure effective adoption at the store level.Monitor competitive landscape and retail innovations to maintain a forward-thinking, market-responsive approach.Ensure all end-to-end project-related aspects of new store openings, store relay, and remodel projects are executed.Leadership, Development and Cross-Functional Partnerships:
