Role Profile:
The Workforce Technology Experience team is seeking an End User Training and Adoption Design Specialist to join its team. As a member of this team, this Vice President role is a key, customer facing role, responsible for engaging directly with Firm Employees in an exciting and enablement training capacity, as well as managing a small team of internal training facilitators with the goal of enhancing user engagement and proficiency with the tools we use at the Firm. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of user experience, instructional design, and content creation. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, both inside and outside of Workforce Technology and Services, to ensure that training materials and content are aligned with organizational goals and user needs.
What you’ll do in the role:
Strategic Planning and Execution: Defining and executing the vision, strategy, programs, curriculum, and learning systems for end-user training.
Team Leadership and Development: Building and leading a high-performing team of trainers, content developers, instructional designers, and support staff.
Curriculum and Content Development: Overseeing the creation, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of engaging and effective training materials and programs. This might include instructor-led training, e-learning, in-app guidance, and more.
Technology and Systems Management: Overseeing the use of current Learning Management Platform (Brainstorm) and partner with other product owners of Firm training systems and programs
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with cross-functional teams, including operations, human resources, product management, and IT, to ensure training initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
Measuring and Evaluating Effectiveness: Tracking the ROI of training programs and regularly reporting on key metrics to demonstrate impact and inform continuous improvement efforts.
Staying Current with Trends: Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and innovative approaches to training and content delivery, such as AI and in-app learning.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Minimum of 8+ years in user adoption, training, or instructional design.
3+ years experience leading a training team
Strong understanding of user experience principles and methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
Strong executive presence, comfortable presenting in large auditorium settings

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 USD and $210,000 USD per year at the commencement of employment.
