The Vice President of East Operations - Pest Elimination is the senior leader responsible for the east area’s field operations teams. This position will set the strategic direction for operations activity within the East area and ensure achievement of East area’s operational goals. The role will develop a team of AVP Regional Managers, and Regional Managers and oversee the development of Associate Regional Managers, Market Managers and Field Operations Managers to ensure that these teams maintain talent of the highest caliber, motivation, and skill. This role will maintain relationships with key customers and will be directly involved in high profile customer situations and opportunities. The East Ops VP will partner with sales leaders across Ecolab to drive selling to deliver results with key customers. This position is a critical member of the senior management team, reporting to the Vice President Pest Elimination North America.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $167,600.00 - $251,400.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
