Join us! **Job Description:** Competencies required include electronic trading platform, algorithm design and deployment, venue and exchange management, quant research, analytics, governance with a Bachelors degree, & 5-10+ years related experience. The eTrading and Platform Group is looking for an individual to take responsibility to manage product and platform priorities for the Futures & Options eTrading business. The role will focus on eTrading workflows, applications and priorities of the eSales & Trading desks. This will require the candidate to become deeply familiar with the end-to-end lifecycle of products and trade flows across front line business units; including Futures, Options, Cash eTrading desks. This requires a deep understanding of markets, clients, liquidity and products. The role requires in depth experience of low latency, high resiliency product design and operation. The successful candidate will be a core subject matter expert and a critical pillar in driving growth of a major trading franchise. **Role:** + Define Product strategy in close collaboration with electronic trading groups, desks, quants and platform leadership + Define detailed design requirements in conjunction with critical support partners. e.g. Technology, Sales & Trading, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Risk Management, etc. + Manage and govern key Equities & Global Markets investment initiatives + Drive detailed analysis of priority products, clients and markets to establish product baselines, peer insights and commercial opportunities + Establish coherent, well defined business cases and work with management to pitch investment opportunities + Be an active participant in discussions and influence decisions around the end to end trading lifecycle and the strategic equities architecture + Work closely with Technology and Product partners to maintain oversight of our investments, progress and regulatory obligations **Responsibilities** + Own and drive Product strategy for Futures & Options execution; + Define and document business opportunities and pitch investment cases + Document requirements and ensure product delivery aligns to user requirements + Measure product baselines and define KPIs and target metrics with Sales and Trading + Explore industry, client and competitor trends to ensure product remains relevant and forward looking + Ensure the ongoing delivery of critical equities product as follows: + Robust governance and management of core investments and priorities + Work and collaborate with tech, quant and Support partners + Influence and shape future investment and design decisions in conjunction with Equities management and business leads + Help grow the teams capabilities and generate revenue **Qualifications:** + Expertise in electronic trading, market & client connectivity, algorithm design, best execution, governance, capacity + Experience with building quality platform for large and advanced eTrading clients (quants, hedge funds, institutions, banks and BDs) along with effectively managing and interfacing with liquidity partners + Excellent communication skills to work with sales, trading, product, technology, and support partners globally + Strong team work and ability to collaborate with others + Excellent problem solver with an ability to work independently and comfortable working in a fluid environment withshifting priorities + Prior experience of Futures & Options products and trading strategies + Highly motivated and strong desire to learn business and new technologies + Bachelors degree required **Desired Qualifications:** + Experience with algorithm design and development + Operational skills in running a large eTrading business at scale + Some coding/scripting/analytics experience (with knowledge of best practices) in Java/Python preferred + Project Managementcertifications/Experience **Shift:** 1st shift (United States of America) **Hours Per Week:** 40 Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
