We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of IT Asset and ITSM Platform Management to lead our organization's efforts in maturing and optimizing platform management while transforming asset management. Identity is the perimeter of the enterprise, and knowing the identity of both persons and non-persons is essential component in establishing strong security control. Asset management includes, but is not limited to hardware, software, applications, deployment units, cloud, network and IoT.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading diverse teams across the globe, improving financial posture, exceeding regulatory expectations, and improving customer experience throughout asset identity lifecycle. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in leading the architecture, engineering, integration, and operations of enterprise scale platforms servicing the organization. The candidate will also have extensive experience managing data, maintaining high levels of data quality assurance, and using data to drive action, monitor and measure outcomes. The desired candidate will lead with enterprise first thinking and make collaboration essential across Technology Risk and Information Security, Global Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, Digital Workplace, Colleague Experience Group, Finance and Business teams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging emerging technologies to achieve rapid and transformational business results securely.
Responsibilities:
Advance the implementation of IT asset management strategy that will co-create value for the business and align with the overall technology and security strategy of the organization. Continue to innovate and mature the IT asset management program to track and manage organization’s hardware, software, applications including deployment units, corporate owned devices, cloud and IoT assets throughout their lifecycle from onboarding, maintenance to disposal. Ensure security controls are in place for IT asset management processes, including asset identity inventory management, protections against unauthorized software, license/contract adherence, end of life, end of support, and disposal. Lead the architecture, engineering, and operations of the ITSM platform, servicing the needs of asset owners for incidents, problem, change, providing the platform to correlate assets to customer journeys. Deliver Security Operations workflows to manage security incident response and vulnerability response, co-deliver integrated risk management including enablement of Gen AI capabilities to further improve customer experience and drive efficiencies. Maximize the ROI in the ITSM platform by providing its many products to its many customers who are often process and control owners. Enable asset owners to make inform decisions relative to security, operations and financial management Apply design thinking to understand customer needs to deliver frictionless, customer centric solutions orchestrated with inline self-service consumption. Democratize ITSM and asset management data to enable and inform other controls such as vulnerability management, availability, colleague experience. Collaborate with Cyber Analytics to ensure symbiotic asset data management, reconciliation, and normalization processes. Collaborate with TRIS risk reporting teams and capabilities to report, measure and monitor data that supports control operations, and ensures efficient risk reporting to various risk committees. Develop the necessary policies, standards, controls, standard operating procedures, and metrics to support ITSM and ITAM processes and program objectives. Ensure compliance with industry standards and exceed regulatory expectations. Attract, retain, and develop a diverse and inclusive team of IT professionals responsible for the platform and asset management.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Demonstrated ability in a combination of the following disciplines: identity and access management, asset management, large-scale enterprise platform architecture, engineering, operations, integrations, and data management, with a consistent track record of delivering customer centric solutions that are highly available and performant. Proven success instantiating controls, providing evidence, and talking to auditors and regulators. Able to communicate complex matters simply. Proven track record of managing complex, corporate-wide initiatives to deliver quantifiable business impact. Expertise in building a strong culture of innovation and transformation, while taking on increasingly greater levels of accountability . Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing modern IAM or ITAM controls based on modern protocols and methods. Strong knowledge of security principles and practices related to service, asset, and identity management. Excellent leadership and management skills, with a demonstrable ability to lead and motivate multi-functional teams. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CAMP, CISSP, CCSP, or CIMP are preferred. Public cloud expertise, in SaaS application management, cloud architecture, assets and security.Annual Range: $220,000.00 to $320,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
