Job Description

To maximize the performance of the division by providing leadership focusing on account management, customer development, and solution development for current key customers and potential customers.

Develop key customer annual operating plan in conjunction with the regional VP’s.Achieve agreed budget for revenue (70%) and profit (30%) for the customer(s)Provide for key manager succession planningAchieve agreed Balanced Scorecard key metricsExecution of projects / strategic initiative(s) delivery in conjunction with the regional VP’s as assigned by Division COOAchieve Sector Revenue growth to plan; year on year growthGrowth of targeted accountsAchieve Sector Profit to planAchievement of customers metrics Achievement of Project execution metricsAchieving Balanced Score card initiatives, as developed in Strategic Planning processincluding – revenue growth

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (required)Master’s Degree (preferred)7-10 years Industry experience (required)Proven track record of strategic leadershipPrevious Sales/Business Development experience
