VP, Strategic Partnerships

Your business acumen and strategic approach to identifying and optimizing key partnerships will be crucial in aligning with our growth objectives. You will lead strategic negotiations that are foundation for Chubb’s value proposition. Your efforts will help ensure that A&H exceeds its current business goals and builds foundations for future growth strategies.

In this role, you will:

Own and cultivate key internal and external partnerships Ensure that all partnerships are measured and managed by key performance indicators (KPI’s) Develop and manage partnership due diligence protocols that meet Chubb’s Underwriting, Delegated Authority, and Technology/Data Security standards Lead and drive high-stakes contract negotiations, ensuring outcomes that align with Chubb's strategic interests Develop and implement innovative strategies that leverage technology to preemptively solve business challenges, ensuring our systems and processes are optimized for performance and scalable to meet evolving business needs Exercise autonomy in identifying and integrating key tools and partners that will propel our business expansion Utilize your expertise to foresee and capitalize on emerging business opportunities, optimizing both business and technical processes to achieve our growth objectives Develop and implement innovative strategies that leverage technology to solve complex business challenges, enhancing our operational efficiency and market competitiveness 7-10 years of business and/or insurance operations, strategic partnerships, and/or third-party management experience Expertise in corporate operational systems, workflow management and integration (Insurance administrative platforms is a big plus Experience managing dynamic teams (direct reports and liaison) through talent development and acquisition Proven experience establishing, managing, and/or enhancing strategic business and/or technology partnerships to drive business growth  Demonstrated experience developing metrics/key performance indicators to assess partnership strength as a means of optimizing and enhancing partnership strategy to align with business goals Experience with and understanding of internal and external API integrations Superior negotiations strategy and execution skills required with the ability to influence business decisions Bachelor’s degree required  Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain business relationships with individual contributors and executives alike 

 

The pay range for the role is $160,000 to $240,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.  Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website.  The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
