Purpose of the position
We are seeking a dynamic VP Sales and Services to lead and direct sales and service activities across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring that our operations align with the business area’s objectives, strategy, and best market practices.
The VP Sales and Services drives solution-based sales in each market, focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience and building long-term partnerships through complete lifecycle support.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Responsibility for HIAB products sales and services in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark Full P&L, net working capital, and personnel responsibility Establish and implement Hiab’s strategy in SweNorDen CSC Monitor and enforce HIAB’s KPIs Promote and ensure a safe working environment (HSEQ) Lead the CSC Represent HIAB to customers and dealers Review CSC performance with HIAB divisions and key departments Manage the customer journey from factory delivery to end customer delivery throughout the full lifecycle Follow the latest ISO standards, Hiab Code of Conduct, and Delegation of Authority Actively participate in succession planning within the CSC team. What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience:
Several years of experience in senior sales, services and marketing roles (commercial and/or operations experience) Proven ability to drive sales, operations and profitability and manage customer and dealer relationships Experience in business development, change projects; M&A experience is beneficial Leadership and coaching experience with good track record Knowledge of different sales tools, systems and training approaches to drive the new ways of working Experience working in an international corporate environment Experience in development of business plan/strategy and execution
