The Right Management VP, Sales is responsible for leading a team to execute on the brand’s strategy to secure new business across the US. The leader aligns a team of new business sales professionals to own and achieve profitable growth in line with Right Management’s overall growth targeting new logos to add to the North America portfolio.
Making an Impact
• Translate Right Management sales strategy and priorities into clear business plans and expectations for the team.
• Lead a team of sales hunters to capitalizes on opportunities in market to attain new logos.
• Gather and utilize market data and analysis to inform short-term and long-term strategies, forecasting, and tactics.
• Develop, inspire, lead and coach an efficient, consistently high performing and engaged team of sales professionals (typical span of control is 6-8 direct reports).
Sharing Expertise
• Ensure our people have the capability to translate our thought leadership into relevant insights and sales wins with clients.
• Influence and advise other sales leaders and teams within the brand.
• Model and coach direct salesforce via joint sales calls and planning exercises.
Gaining Exposure
• Be visible to prospective clients.
• Involved in escalations and engaged to support strategic opportunities.
Your Typical Day
• Develop and performance manage team of sales hunters.
• Pipeline/forecast reviews and analysis.
• Participate in projects as member of Sales leadership team.
• Review/refine client proposals; support any solutioning/negotiation.
• Client visits
• Travel – 15-20%.
