Job SummaryDevelops product strategies, oversees pricing and determines overall marketplace engagement approaches for restaurant segments. Accountable for managing strategic goals and market enhancement initiatives. Leads relationships and negotiations with key technology and product partners. Responsible for market analysis of competitors, partner ecosystem management, product analysis, and researching new business models. Evaluates and manages new business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures.
Summary of This RoleReporting to the President, Restaurant POS, the Vice President sets the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market (GTM) plan for Genius Restaurant POS, driving adoption, retention, and expansion across the SMB segment. Owns full P&L responsibility ensuring achievement of financial targets, and OKRs while safeguarding an exceptional customer experience. The incumbent balances strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, guiding product teams through the full lifecycle and aligning pricing, packaging, and positioning to growth objectives.
What Part Will You Play?
Own segment P&L – set financial targets, manage budgets, and course-correct to achieve revenue and margin commitments .
Define and execute GTM strategy – align product positioning, pricing, and dealer-channel programs to accelerate market penetration .
Champion the voice of the customer – install disciplined feedback loops to maintain product-market fit and strengthen retention .
Lead and develop high-performing teams – recruit, mentor, and empower cross-functional talent; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement .
Forge strategic stakeholder relationships – build trusted partnerships with dealers, key accounts, and industry influencers to unlock growth opportunities .
Drive data-driven decision-making – monitor KPIs, iterate rapidly, and communicate performance to executive leadership .
Promote operational excellence – standardize agile product disciplines, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards .
Inspire innovation – create repeatable mechanisms for ideation and scaled delivery of differentiated features .

What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of progressive product-management experience, including 5+ years leading managers in SaaS or enterprise software
Proven track record of P&L ownership with measurable revenue and profitability growth
Demonstrated success scaling cloud solutions through indirect/dealer channels
Deep domain expertise in food-and-beverage and restaurant technology ecosystems
Exceptional communication skills; able to tailor messages to executives, dealers, and internal teams
Advanced analytical acumen and data-driven decision-making
Ability to navigate and influence within matrixed, high-growth organizations
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or relevant master’s degree .
Experience with restaurant POS, payments, or adjacent hospitality tech stacks.
Background in international market expansion and multi-currency product strategies.
