The Vice President, HR Business Partners (HRBP) assignment provides people and organizational consulting and coordination of services to WelbeHealth leaders and their teams, so those clients realize highest people and team performance in their functions. The VP oversees a team of HRBPs who deeply understand the business needs of WelbeHealth and clients, and are partners on assessments, ideas, decisions, actions and performance. The VP assists with planning, delivery and sustainability of people-related programs and practices. The VP brings a client perspective to their People Team colleagues that shape the design and performance of services and programs. The VP leverages data and analytics to identify emerging internal and external trends and “hot spots” and proactively captures opportunities and mitigates risk.

Job Duties:

\n\nPartners with business leaders on people and organization opportunities/challenges and restructures/transformation, driving business success by aligning HR strategy with business objectives and fostering a culture of growth and adaptability\nOversees the HR business partners, including being a thought partner on their client situations, developing their skills/capabilities, and ensuring excellent collaboration with their clients and people team experts.\nPlays a crucial role in driving labor productivity and mitigating business risks with operational supervisors/managers/leaders by aligning HR practices with regulatory standards, ethical practices, and workforce stability.\nLeads the design, development, and use of people KPIs, both client-facing and for internal use.\nParticipates in WelbeHealth workgroups, project teams, task forces and search committees as assigned.\nChampions the use of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and scalable operations that meet a client expectation bar.\nDevelops trust-based relationships with key clients, including executive and senior leaders of WelbeHealth.\nRepresents WelbeHealth at external PACE/healthcare and HR venues/associations, such as SHRM and ASHHRA.\n\n

Job Requirements:

\n\nBachelor’s Degree or commitment to attain a bachelor’s degree within three (3) years of hire date. Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; relevant or professional experience may be substituted. Master’s degree preferred. SHRM certification preferred.\nMinimum of ten years’ business experience in human resources, operations, strategy, or related field.\nMinimum of five years’ of supervisor experience hiring, managing performance, and developing team members.\nExperience scaling a service/function in a time of rapid growth strongly preferred.\nAbility to travel to Welbe centers and for business meetings/events, with frequency defined by assignment.\n\n

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $224,800 - $309,100 / year + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
