VP, Operations - CRR Hospitality
p class="MsoNormal"> CRR Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to lead and scale its growing portfolio of luxury RV Resorts and Manufactured Housing Neighborhoods. Founded in 2018, CRR Hospitality has quickly established itself as a premier developer and operator of lifestyle destinations, starting with the successful launch of its flagship resort in Camp Verde, Arizona in 2019. Since then, the company has expanded both its footprint and its reputation, evolving from an owner-operator into a trusted industry partner known for delivering high-quality experiences and operational excellence. As demand for our management and consulting expertise continues to grow, we're looking for a strategic leader to help drive performance, support our expansion, and ensure consistent execution across all assets. Position Summary: The Vice President of Operations will lead operational strategy and execution across our growing portfolio of outdoor hospitality destinations. This executive leader will play a critical role in shaping the guest and associate experiences, optimizing performance across properties, and building a scalable foundation for sustainable growth. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. · Expert knowledge of our competitive set and understand market trends. · Responsible for managing a designated portfolio of properties, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards. · Expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s diverse business types and legal entities to support cross-functional operations effectively. · Provides on-property support and property visits as needed. · Participate in and help guide strategic direction in achieving company KPI’s. · Lead, mentor, and develop property leadership teams; build a strong performance-driven culture rooted in accountability, empowerment, and collaboration. · Establish operational best practices, SOPs, and scalable systems across all properties to improve consistency, productivity, and quality of service. · Lead initiatives that enhance guest experience. Leverage feedback, technology, and hospitality best practices to create memorable, personalized stays that inspire repeat visits and positive reviews. · Collaborate with members of Senior Leadership and Property Teams to align operational goals with broader company objectives and initiatives. · Manage operational budgets, forecast performance, and drive cost efficiency and revenue optimization at both the property and portfolio levels. · Participates in the development of short and long-term financial and operational plans for new business entities. · Assists with the associate life cycle of recruiting, hiring, training, coach & counseling, and mentoring. · Ensure all properties comply with health, safety, environmental, and local regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of safety and responsibility. · Act as a brand ambassador with guests, partners, and community stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and supporting local engagement efforts. · Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. · Interact with prospective clients, vendors, business partners. · Attend conferences and trade shows as needed. · Expert in property management systems and technology · Familiar with RV Federal and State Laws · Remains current on business trends and professional practices. · Performs other duties as assigned.
