You will lead a team and a drive the process around in-season inventory optimization with a team of store planners and allocators. **Your Impact** + Lead the category merchandising team to work closely with HQ design & product team on APAC market seasonal buying; ensuring to buy the right product at the right time + Responsible to instruct Merchandising Planning and In-season Planning team on company OTB allocation, to ensure the sufficient and efficient depth of product, and on time delivery to store + Drive smart franchisee strategy and its implementation plan in APAC + Guide and manage the APAC distributors process and relationship on trade meetings, seasonal buy, sale through analysis and KPI achievement + Align with global team on VM guideline and marketing calendar, setup APAC VM strategy and monitor it is fully executed in APAC markets + Effectively manage the selection and development of our product offering; ensuring product assortment is balanced, inspiring, and meets profitability goals + Develop the long range plan and vision for UA product in partnership with Global Merchandising team **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree with typically 15 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with typically 13 years of relevant experience OR typically 19 years of relevant experience without degree + Typically 10+ of management experience; 8+ years as senior level manager leading high level managers in strategy, scope and implementation." + Ability to lead a team, set challenging standards, develop strong partnerships, and leads others to action. + Must have a successful track record of leadership and the ability to attract, develop and retain talent + Must be customer focused, both internal and external to the Company + Must understand and manage a working relationship with finance, budgeting, P&L, merchandising, marketing and effectively interact with corporate executive and senior management + Must be able to clearly articulate and execute an aggressive retail growth strategy, with direct involvement from new market research + Must demonstrate proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite and Tableau **Workplace Location** + **Location:** This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office. + **Return to Work Designation:** 4 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote. + **Travel:** As needed **Relocation** + Relocation Provided **Base Compensation** $267,333.20 - $334,166.50 Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
