Essential Job Functions
Prospects and acquires large and high-priority customers from assigned leads and targets. Identifies and cultivates business opportunities from personal network. Sells across Hub’s entire portfolio of services and continually builds market share by establishing contacts, developing relationships, and recommending solutions for customers. Works closely with Pricing to create and deliver Logistics solutions. Leverages social media sales platforms and data tools, such as LinkedIn, Eloqua, and Avention, to expand network. Keeps abreast of industry events and initiatives and effectively communicates them to targets. Utilizes sales tools and reporting processes to collect, analyze, and summarize information in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains professional knowledge and develops network by attending key industry events as assigned. Duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed occasionally.Minimum Qualifications
Undergraduate degree with major or significant coursework in Transportation, Sales, Marketing or Communications preferred. 10+ years of direct Sales experience. Experience selling to large ($1B +) companies on their supply chain needs. Outstanding oral and written communication, presentation, and project management skills. Proficient in all Microsoft products used in the development of reports and presentations. Vision and creativity to identify opportunities for growth or improvement and designing solutions. Independent, self-starter motivated to produce results. Available for travel; minimum of 60% of time spent out of the office. Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team environment.Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000/year base salary plus eligibility for additional incentive/equity programs
