Reporting to CIO, the VP IT Enterprise Applications and Architecture is a senior technology leader responsible for setting and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise applications, systems integration, and enterprise architecture in support of business goals and objectives. Lead design, implementation, integration, and support of all enterprise applications and systems across the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and lead the enterprise applications strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals and IT objectives.
+ Lead the selection, implementation, customization, and maintenance of the enterprise systems. This includes ERP, sales operations, digital marketing, customer service, regulatory and quality, supply chain, workforce productivity, finance platforms and other mission-critical technology platforms.
+ Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize projects, and deliver technology solutions that drive business outcomes. Ensure system integration, data integrity, security, and operational reliability across all business applications.
+ Manage vendor relationships and strategic suppliers, including contracts, licensing, SLAs, and service delivery, monitoring performance metrics and KPIs to ensure service levels and business expectations are met.
+ Lead development and enforcement of the global reference architecture principles, standards, and frameworks. Establish and chair architecture review boards (ARBs) to assess new initiatives and ensure adherence to architectural best practices.
+ Manage technology budget, forecasts, and resource allocation for enterprise applications and architecture investments and initiatives.
+ Stay current with emerging technologies and technology trends. Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology trends and opportunities.
+ Promote innovation and modernization through evaluation of emerging technologies and IT trends.
+ Lead change management for enterprise technology transformations programs
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
+ 15+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 7 years in enterprise or solution architecture leadership roles.
+ Strong technical expertise with identifying, strategizing and optimizing technology investments, setting technology direction for the enterprise.
+ Experience managing a wide range of enterprise technologies across business value chain for global MedTech manufacturing industry (ERP, Salesforce CRM, digital marketing, quality, regulatory, finance, customer service, workforce management and productivity).
+ Ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate business strategies and requirement into effective technology investments and solutions.
+ Demonstrated experience structuring and leading global technology delivery team consisting of employees, contractors and 3rd party suppliers, defining effective global operating model.
+ Experience defining and leading enterprise architecture function and center of excellence, building and executing strategy to rationalize applications and systems while optimizing the cost. Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and global reference architecture principles.
+ Strong background and experience with technology supplier/vendor management, and contracts and cost negotiations while effectively representing business interests.
+ Experience managing a large-scale technology budget consisting of software licenses and IT services. Experience with defining and managing KPIs to measure organizational performance and technology solutions delivery.
+ Technical experience with cloud computing data architecture, security architecture, and application modernization. Technical expertise managing SaaS platforms.
**Work Location:**
This position offers flexibility to be **hybrid** based out of our **Princeton, New Jersey** office or **remote** , with the following requirement:
Candidates must **reside on the East Coast** and be **willing and able to travel to our Princeton, NJ office up to 50% of the time** .
