Responsibilities:
+ Drive revenue growth and profitability through full P&L ownership of our Global Securities Class Action business (Mailings and Filings, as well as our new Customer Remediation Business.
+ Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies including client targeting, pricing optimization, and establishing clear competitive differentiators.
+ Serve as the external representative of these businesses by cultivating relationships with key external stakeholdersincluding clients, securities class action administrators, class action lawyers, other subject matter experts, and competitorsand providing thought leadership at industry events and conferences.
+ Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams by providing clear strategic vision, fostering a sense of ownership and accountability, and building a culture focused on talent development.
+ Ensure operational and product excellence, integrating best-in-class client onboarding, client service, and the delivery of robust securities class action platforms.
+ Partner closely with sales and account management to clearly communicate the value proposition and reinforce operational excellence for our clients.
+ Work with product management teams to bring innovative and enhanced solutions to market.
+ Identify and pursue both organic growth opportunities and M&A initiatives in adjacent markets, including class actions, legal and compliance.
Skills & Experience:
+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field. Law degree, MBA or other relevant advance degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience.
+ Deep expertise in securities class actions preferred; alternatively, a strong ability and desire to rapidly build subject matter expertise.
+ Strong financial acumen with prior P&L experience.
+ Proven ability to develop and execute strategies for existing business lines, as well as contribute to broader company-wide initiatives.
+ Strong client orientation and business acumen, with the ability to earn the trust and confidence of both existing and prospective clients.
+ Collaborative leadership style with experience working across functional areasincluding sales, account management, technology, and client serviceswithin a complex organizational structure.
+ Strong people management skills, with a track record of team development, mentorship, and fostering high engagement.
+ Significant experience growing a business, setting and executing on growth strategies required; experience in the legal services a plus.
Salary range $300,000.00- $350,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
