About the Role:
The Vice President of Enterprise Architecture leads the design and implementation of the company's overall technology strategy. This role ensures that IT systems and applications are scalable, aligned with business goals, and built on industry best practices. A key focus of this position is aligning IT goals with broader company objectives to ensure that technology investments deliver measurable business value. The VP works closely with senior business and IT leaders to guide technology decisions, manage enterprise standards, and support long-term innovation.
Your Responsibilities:
+ Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy across applications, data, infrastructure, and security to support long-term business and technology goals.
+ Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring technology initiatives align with overall business priorities.
+ Establish and govern architectural standards across the technology stack to ensure consistency, scalability, performance, and security.
+ Drive the development of innovative, customer-centric, and data-driven solutions that enable digital transformation and enhance agility.
+ Create and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework that supports seamless integration and future growth.
+ Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, providing strategic recommendations to keep the organization competitive and forward-looking.
+ Develop and manage short-term and multi-year roadmaps for business, application, data, and technology architecture, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and long-term strategic objectives.
+ Oversee the design and delivery of solution architectures for major initiatives, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and alignment with business requirements.
+ Institutionalize architecture processes and methodologies that integrate effectively into delivery, operations, and governance models.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and manage architectural initiatives and develop execution-ready roadmaps.
+ Define and track success metrics to evaluate architectural impact on business outcomes.
+ Partner with teams across product management, product development, engineering, operations, security, sales, finance, and marketing to ensure integrated and cohesive technology solutions.
+ Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing architecture team that fosters innovation, collaboration, and customer value.
+ Establish governance processes to evaluate new technology and product investments, ensuring alignment with long-term scalability and business goals.
+ Champion digital innovation through the adoption of technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, automation, and real-time analytics to drive operational efficiency and enhanced user experiences.
About you:
+ 15+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in enterprise architecture leadership roles with a demonstrated track record of aligning architecture with business strategy.
+ Deep expertise in enterprise applications and systems design, including business, data, application, and technology architectures.
+ Proven experience with modern technology stacks, data architecture and governance, API management, microservices, and integration patterns.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence executives, collaborate across functions, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
+ Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, such as cloud migration, omnichannel enablement, and enterprise modernization.
+ Demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing architecture teams that focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
+ Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Advanced certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman, or cloud-specific certifications are a plus.
Basic Qualifications:
+ 15 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in enterprise architecture leadership roles.
+ Bachelor's degree

The pay range for this position is $227k to $327k , however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
