The Client Tax Service Manager is an experienced, strategic professional, who will be responsible for establishing a new Client Tax Services (CTS) Team from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled client service professional to build and shape a best in class tax service function, ensuring compliance, efficiency and client service excellence.
The CTS Team will take ownership of updating client tax documentation (W-Series Forms and CRS Forms) and manage day-to-day tax related queries, dealing directly with clients. In addition, CTS will provide project management, and end to end ownership support to tax related projects and initiatives.
This a client facing role, that involves working directly with Private Banking Teams and clients, along with partner organizations including Tax Operations, Business Execution, Client Onboarding, Product and Corporate Tax.
Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
