This role will be a key partner in stewarding a storied CPG brand with a decades long partnership. The ideal candidate is both strategically and operationally minded in how they approach the work. They are comfortable in a fast-paced, complex environment that evolves rapidly. They are comfortable working with autonomy and know how to galvanize a team behind a common goal. They have a true passion for creativity. Simply put, they love the work and are not afraid to go the extra mile to achieve remarkable creative outcomes. **Responsibilities** · Develops proactive creative strategies and solutions that transforms client business · Knows how to build trusting relationships – both internally and externally – in the service of delivering groundbreaking creative ideas · Instrumental in helping to define and support client’s long-term vision for their brand · With deep knowledge of culture, media and marketing, deftly guides clients and brands in real time · Elevates work by stepping in at the right time to expand the creative potential of the idea · Viewed by leadership and creatives/strategists/producers as an invaluable partner to great work · Committed to growing the next generation of talent through coaching and real-time feedback conversations · Actively partners with Growth team to support new business efforts and organic opportunities **Qualifications** · At least 10+ years of experience in the ad industry or similar creative industry · Bachelor’s degree— or equivalent experience in marketing, business, communications, advertising or related field · Ready to roll up your sleeves and craft solutions with some of the most creative people in the business · Keynote, Google Suite, One Drive, Teams, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office programs as well as knowledgeable in how to leverage Salesforce for pipeline tracking, management & reporting **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
