Description: Opportunity to assist and interact with staff, patients, vendors and visitors.

Duties: General store duties including but not limited to helping customers, re-stocking, putting out merchandise, pricing, cleaning and other duties as needed based on experience.

Qualifications: Prior experience working with the public in a retail setting.  Excellent customer service skills, Willing to learn new things quickly, Able to handle extreme downtime and high customer volumes throughout the day, Ability to communicate efficiently, Having compassion, respect and understanding for all that come into The Gatehouse Shop.   Location: Towson Hospital   Schedule: 4 Hour Shifts once or twice a week Tuesdays and Thursdays. Hours 9am to 1pm is preferred.   Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
