**Overview**
Voiceover Team Manager will have full responsibility for managing a team of Project Managers and ensuring delivery of service to clients allocated to the team, monitor and support Project Managers in the planning and management of vo recording projects in accordance with the procedures, the agreement with the client and any other relevant specifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Take the lead and/or supervise important, complex and/or high-revenue projects and provide support as needed.
+ Be accountable for workload distribution within the team and work with other Team Managers to distribute workload in the department when needed.
+ Handle client and project-related documentation and administration.
+ Create, run or analyse various operational reports for Operations Management.
+ Take full responsibility for the team, including interviewing and on-boarding, performance management, mentoring and coaching, workload distribution and time scheduling, approving holidays, recording sick leave and other team-related tasks.
+ Be an escalation point for all team or client-related matters.
+ Challenge existing processes, suggest improvements and where appropriate share findings with peers, other teams, management, etc.
+ Share knowledge (best practice, lessons learnt) with peers and other teams.
+ Proactively provide solutions on project-related matters.
+ Proactively look for improvement opportunities in client-specific processes and provide alternative solutions in assistance with line manager.
**Qualifications**
+ 2+ years’ experience in directly managing a team, preferably in a client-driven company.
+ Experience in the sound production industry would be a plus.
+ Bachelor degree or equivalent.
+ Strong oral and written English skills – at least C1.
+ Ability to analyse and review team performance, give constructive and structured feedback.
+ Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
+ Strong communication skills and ability to communicate assertively with management and peers.
+ Proactive behaviour.
+ Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
+ Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
+ Excellent planning and organisation skills.
