Overview Voiceover Team Manager is responsible for managing a team of Project Managers and ensuring delivery of service to clients allocated to the team, monitor and support Project Managers in the planning and management of vo recording projects in accordance with the procedures, the agreement with the client and any other relevant specifications. Responsibilities Coordinating advertising projects, including ATL and digital projects in the field of sound and DI. Managing a team of Project Managers and distributing workload within the team. Maintaining close cooperation with the Client Services team, Post-Production, and Digital Teams. Demonstrating multitasking abilities, excellent organizational skills, and well-developed teamwork skills. Leading projects and providing support as needed. Handling client and project-related documentation and administration. Creating, running, or analyzing various operational reports for Operations Management. Being a point of contact for all team or client-related matters. Maintaining a continuous improvement attitude by suggesting process improvements. Having familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe software. Qualifications Experience in directly managing a team, preferably in a client-driven company. Experience at an advertising agency as a producer, at a post-production house as a post producer, or in the sound production industry would be a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Fluent in English. Ability to analyze and review team performance, and give constructive and structured feedback. Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate assertively with management and peers. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Responsibility and consistency in executing tasks. Knowledge of digital asset creation, post-production, and technical specifications.
