**Responsibilities**
+ Provide excellent customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
+ Communicate effectively in English to ensure clear understanding and satisfaction.
+ Utilize your Vietnamese language skills to assist native speakers with their needs.
+ Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
+ Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
+ Assist in developing strategies to improve customer support processes.
+ Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and support techniques.
+ Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.

**Qualifications**
+ Demonstrate proficiency in English communication both spoken and written.
+ Possess native-level proficiency in Vietnamese with the ability to read write and speak.
+ Have a foundational understanding of customer support principles and practices.
+ Show willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
+ Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Display excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
+ Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
**Certifications Required**
Possess native-level proficiency in Vietnamese with the ability to read write and speak. Customer Support Certification
