This individuals primary duties include project installations, maintenance and administration of telecommunications, contact center and collaboration hardware, software and other related components. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION** _For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._ **Minimum Required:** Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field **and** two years of relevant work experience **or** Associate Degree in an Information Technology field **and** four years of relevant work experience **or** six years of relevant work experience. **Preferred/Optional:** None **EXPERIENCE** **Minimum Required:** Leadership ability. Competency in networking in an enterprise environment for one or more of the following: + Cisco Communications Manager + Cisco Contact Center Enterprise + Cisco or Polycom Video Conferencing **Preferred/Optional:** Experience with telecommunications cabling and circuits. **CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES** _The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
