Key Deliverables
1) Revenue enhancement & penetration of the account - Implement the GR mandate - Ensuring NR from accounts by entering into swaps & traded deals on regular basis - Strategize & plan in order to increase minutes (orders) - Own the P&L of the account 2) Multi portfolio sale including wholesale voice, SMS Hub, signaling, ITFS, etc. - Identify, lead and convert into sales - Coordinate with internal teams such as product, finance, settlements to ensure that Airtel wins the order - Deliver customer satisfaction by ensuring timely implementation of the solution 3) Focus on nurturing relationship with strategic accounts individually and ensure consistent business with them. 4) Building Identification & providing market intelligence to BD team. 5) To keep a close tab on competition and enhancing business/preparing price points in order to churn away carriers from competition 6) Responsible for managing cost of the destination in the account / region to help Airtel’s retail outgoing cost & to generate wholesale business
Skills Required • Ability to ensure excellence in execution • Ability to collaborate and work with large teams • Analyze data and draw insights • Consultation, facilitation and selling skills • Enterprising and ability to convince stakeholders • Basic computer literacy MS Office – Excel
Educational Qualifications •Full Time graduate, preferably MBA/ PGDM
Work Experience 8-10 years of experience in Account Management in relevant Industry.
