This is an ideal role for a motivated, self-starter who is able to work independently and develop and foster relationships with our community partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must in this highly visible position. A high school diploma/GED, a minimum of one year of working experience with persons with disabilities (which can include personal or professional experience or volunteering), and an acceptable NYS/CT driver's license are required. Must be van certifiable and have basic computer knowledge. We provide training for the certification indicated above.
