Duties include preparation of lesson plans and course outlines. Manage a classroom environment appropriately. Responsible for meeting each learner's individual needs and evaluating their progress as part of your record keeping duties. Minimum Qualifications VOCATIONAL INSTRUCTOR 1/SG-12 Minimum Qualifications for taking the Open Competitive Examination:Either 1. four years of appropriate trade experience and a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma issued by a recognized state educational authority;Or 2. an associate’s degree in a related trade area and two years of appropriate trade experience;Or 3. a bachelor’s degree in any area and one year of appropriate trade experience.
