We specialise in protecting and managing the vital records, documents, and digital assets of organisations across the UK and worldwide. Our extensive warehouse operations are crucial to this, involving the secure physical storage, inventory management, and retrieval of critical information, ensuring compliance and accessibility for our diverse client base. **Job summary** In this role, you will play a crucial role in the secure and efficient management of client records. This position combines specialised VNA operation with general warehouse duties, ensuring the precise handling, storage, and retrieval of sensitive documents within a secure environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be vital in supporting our logistics and records management services throughout the UK and Ireland. **Your role in our mission:** + Operate VNA trucks to safely move and store client records and assets with accuracy and precision. + Perform timely and accurate loading, unloading, and retrieval of documents and pallets according to specified requests and security protocols. + Utilize data loggers (scanners) to track and assign barcodes, ensuring all processes strictly adhere to company policies and instructions. + Adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and reporting any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions. + Contribute to general warehouse operations as needed, including maintaining a clean and efficient workspace and meeting departmental KPIs **Valued skills and experience:** + Hold a valid Electric VNA license or certification. + Possess prior experience in a similar VNA driver, warehousing, or logistics position. + Demonstrate strong computer literacy and the ability to effectively use data loggers and other digital tools. + Be a reliable and independent worker with a proactive "can-do" attitude. + A strong commitment to following safety procedures and company values. **What's in it for you?** + **Consistent Schedule:** Monday to Friday, + **Competitive Salary** Rewarding your expertise and dedication. + **Generous Leave:** 23 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing with length of service. + **Your Well-being First:** We offer Private Medical Insurance and a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family's health and life needs. + **Secure Your Future:** Benefit from our generous pension scheme, with Iron Mountain contributing 6.5%, plus Life Assurance covering four times your annual salary. + **Perks for Your Lifestyle** : Enjoy a range of voluntary benefits like Dental Insurance, a Bike to Work scheme, fitness membership discounts, and an Electric Vehicle Scheme.
