The VMware Cloud on AWS service delivers all the software capabilities of VMware Cloud Foundation as a managed experience for customers. The Commerce Operations Project Manager will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing key operational processes related to billing, licensing, and subscription management. The role requires a business and technical leader who understands the platform and SaaS business model. Primary Focus Areas: * Subscription Renewals: The Commerce Operations Project Manager will support the subscription renewal process, including proactive communication with the field, identifying at-risk accounts, and assisting the field teams to streamline the renewal workflow. * Revenue Leakage: The Commerce Operations Project Manager will assist in uncovering opportunities for mitigating revenue leakage across the organization. * Billing Dispute Resolution: The Commerce Operations Project Manager will work to obtain billing details and other factors involved in disputes, and accelerate the time to resolution of the dispute. * Granular Invoice Management: This Commerce Operations Project Manager will assist in the collection of detailed, itemized invoices for any customer and any time frame so that a customer has a granular breakdown of VMware Cloud on AWS charges. * SDDC Isolate/Delete Processes: The Commerce Operations Project Manager will support the collection of all decision data that funnels into an SDDC isolation and SDDC deletion decisions. The Commerce Operations Project Manager will also contribute to the production of: * Monthly subscription renewal performance metrics * Monthly delinquent accounts and collections report * Monthly reports on billing dispute resolutions and trends * SDDC isolation and deletion reports Required Qualifications: * Bachelors in marketing, business, or a technical field; and 12+ years of related experience; at this level a post-graduate degree is typically expected or * Masters degree and 10+ years of related experience or PhD and 7+ years of related experience * 5+ years of experience in related software industry, SaaS and/or subscription software experience * Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue (subscription) business models * Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing tools, and analytics, including SQL * Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills * Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities; able to communicate directly to internal and external senior executives * Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives * Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with field and sales teams, marketing teams, product management, and site reliability engineering teams **Additional Job Description:** **Compensation and Benefits** The annual base salary range for this position is $141,300 - $226,000.   This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.   Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
