The VM team will ensure to drive brand elevation, consistency and commercial viability across various retail channels, including Full Price stores, Concessions, Outlets, and Wholesale accounts. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to maintain a cohesive brand image that resonates with consumers while optimizing sales performance across the different retail channels The team plays a key role in the production and implementation of global creative concepts and campaigns, adapting them to meet regional needs while staying true to Calvin Klein’s brand identity. Collaborating closely with global teams to ensure that creative initiatives align with the latest brand strategies and regional demands. In addition, they oversee the design and development of regional showrooms, creating immersive, impactful spaces that showcase the brand’s latest collections and provide a blueprint for retail partners. Through their strategic approach, the EMEA Visual Merchandising team ensures that the Calvin Klein brand is consistently presented in a visually compelling and elevated way across all touchpoints, driving both brand value and commercial success in the region The Position As a pivotal member of the Calvin Klein EMEA Visual Merchandising team, the Manager of Showrooms plays a key role in shaping and delivering innovative, brand-elevating showroom experiences. This position is responsible for driving the execution of best-in-class seasonal concepts across the EMEA Flagship and regional showrooms, translating the Calvin Klein creative vision into compelling, commercially relevant storytelling environments that inspire, engage, and have that influence VM best practice influence wholesale partners. Acting as the guardian of showroom brand expression, this role ensures alignment with global direction while tailoring execution to regional market needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative spirit. They bring deep expertise in showroom design, a sharp eye for product curation, and a passion for delivering immersive, commercially impactful environments that support brand growth and sales performance: Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic implementation of showroom experiences at the Amsterdam flagship and across EMEA, ensuring full alignment with Calvin Klein’s global brand vision and seasonal directives Drive a product-centric and driving the VM excellence of the showroom by partnering with Global, Creative Concept, WHS Strategic Marketplace, Divisions, and Buying teams, balancing aspirational storytelling with commercial impact. Lead the creative development and visual execution of seasonal showroom concepts in partnership with the Global and Creative Concept teams. Serve as the key point of contact for all CK showroom-related inquiries, delivering innovative solutions and strategic input to enhance showroom effectiveness. Collaborate with Merchandising Divisions to define seasonal narratives, product priorities, and visual merchandising needs, with a focus on hero and essential items. Oversee the creation and delivery of 2D and 3D design renderings in partnership with the Creative Concept team, for translatation into detailed technical specifications for sourcing, sampling, and production with external vendors. Manage end-to-end project timelines including sourcing, sampling, sales enablement, budget oversight, vendor coordination, production, installation, and dismantling of showroom setups. Support and manage showroom budgets in collaboration with Creative Concept, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control for sourcing, tendering, and production. Ensure seamless coordination of project timelines and communications by aligning with Creative Services, Go-To-Market, Divisional, and Visual Merchandising teams. Develop and enforce showroom design guidelines and best practices to maintain consistent brand expression and elevate the customer journey across all showroom environments. Oversee the selection and management of local contractors and vendors during showroom installations, ensuring execution meets brand standards and deadlines. Partner with Hub Visual Merchandising and Go-To-Market teams to support regional execution, conduct setup recaps, and ensure alignment with global showroom standards through photo reporting and shared best practices. Champion a cross-functional, collaborative culture by working closely with Global, Creative Concept, WHS Strategic Marketplace, Divisions, and Hub VM teams to deliver a fully integrated 360° showroom experience Elevate the visual identity of Shop-in-Shop (SIS) environments by ensuring full alignment with Calvin Klein’s brand image, seasonal direction, and storytelling. Deliver clear visual merchandising guidelines and layout recommendations that reflect brand standards across key wholesale doors. Partner with key wholesale accounts to enhance the in-store consumer experience through strategic layout improvements and brand-right visual execution. Make tailored recommendations that support both brand visibility and the commercial growth and profitability of each partner. Support the execution of seasonal marketing campaigns and capsule activations within SIS spaces. Collaborate with Creative Services to understand product priorities and ensure SIS setups effectively bring to life the brand’s commercial and creative objectives. Manage the full production process, including supplier coordination, budget oversight, and supervision of installations across showrooms. Maintain and update the inventory of existing fixtures and visual elements Oversee day-to-day supplier communication and manage logistics planning and coordination for all installations and deliveries. Apply technical knowledge of production workflows, installation methods, and tools such as Excel and logistics platforms to ensure efficient execution. Coordinate Matterport scans for visual documentation and cross-functional alignment on showroom. Lead all communication with EMEA Hub teams to ensure consistent execution, shared timelines, and alignment with global brand standards. Ensure rigorous follow-up and visual control by reviewing and validating photos after every installation, update, or store environment. Provide structured feedback to ensure alignment with the brand’s commercial and visual strategy. Support the execution of trade-related activities, partnering with the Retail VP and product teams to prepare for Trade Meetings and align the mock store execution with commercial calendar and sell-in moments. **The Ideal Candidate** + Minimum 5 years’ experience in fashion retail, with a strong focus on Wholesale environments and visual merchandising execution across varied store formats. + Proven track record in leading seasonal campaigns and creative projects, from concept through to in-store implementation. + Skilled at collaborating cross-functionally with Buying, Planning, Retail, and Creative teams across regions. + Strong understanding of how visual merchandising drives traffic and sales, with a commercially focused mindset. + Excellent visual and design sensibility with the ability to translate creative direction into clear in-store execution. + Fluent in English and at least one European language. + Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and project tools such as Trello or Asana. + Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, Fashion Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + Willingness to travel regularly across the region to support stores and ensure consistent VM standards.
