We now have an exciting opportunity to join our AIA Vitality team as Vitality & Wellness Admin Team Leader based in Melbourne.
Lead the team of AIA Vitality and Wellness Administrators to ensure that excellent service is provided to all Partners and Members and that all tasks and responsibilities are completed in line with defined operating rhythms, service level agreements and to a high standard of quality and accuracy.
Relentlessly drive a continuous improvement model to ensure that service delivery is maximized to optimise exceptional service outcomes and mitigate operational risks
To do this successfully you will:
Oversee teams’ delivery of all tasks/activities to ensure 100% are completed accurately, on time and in line with SLA’s and defined operating rhythms
Ensure all process are documented and a regular review of processes is conducted to ensure best practice is achieved
Review current and new operational processes and identify improvement opportunities
Participate in compiling business case and recommendations on improvement opportunities
Mentor and develop your team through effective coaching, ensuring you maintain and promote employee well-being
Develop and maintain productive and professional working relationships with all stakeholders and external clients
Successful applications will demonstrate:
Experience working in an Administration Team Leader role ideally within Insurance and/or a discipline such as Health, Science, or Corporate Wellness
Strong leadership skills including coaching and people development
Continuous Improvement accreditation preferred
Proven strong analytical, organizational and planning skills
Experience working in a time demanding and process driven environment
Knowledge of coaching concepts and methodology
