Position Summary: The Visual Production Specialist is focused on supporting the execution of high-quality creative assets for marketing, digital, and print materials. This role ensures brand consistency and alignment with global creative direction by adapting, refining, and finalizing designs based on established guidelines.Working closely with designers, copywriters, and project managers, the Visual Production Specialist ensures timely delivery of production-ready assets across multiple platforms, optimizing layouts, resizing graphics, and maintaining high-quality standards. Ideal for candidates with solid technical abilities, a focus on detail, and a dedication to implementing visually captivating work.Key Responsibilities:Creative Execution & ProductionAssist in adapting and finalizing creative assets for digital, print, and marketing campaigns.Ensure consistency in typography, layout, and branding across all results.Resize and version assets for different platforms while maintaining design integrity.Collaboration & WorkflowWork with designers and project managers to meet deadlines and quality expectations.Implement structured workflows and standard methodologies to boost efficiency.Support creative teams by maintaining and updating design templates and asset libraries.Quality Control & Brand ComplianceReview and refine designs to ensure they align with brand standards and guidelines.Conduct final checks on files to ensure accuracy and production-readiness.Identify and correct inconsistencies in design files before final delivery.Minimum Requirement/Qualifications: Education:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Design or Communications).Experience:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, production design, or a related field.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured design processes.Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and layout for digital and print applications.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.Familiarity with asset versioning, workflow processes, and brand compliance.Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Familiarity with design standards and style guides.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume content production environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, both written and verbal.Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and business teams.Solid ability to uphold positive team environments
