The Job
Warner Bros. Worldwide Studio Tours and Retail division is home to an expanding portfolio of Warner Bros. Discovery-owned visitor attractions and experiential retail stores around the world, each created with visitor engagement and exceptional customer service at their heart. The division includes Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter and Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter which opened in 2023. The division also supports Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, a guided tour showcasing the production secrets behind the best loved films and television shows in the world of entertainment at the studios where they were made.
Warner Bros. Worldwide Studio Tours and Retail specializes in experiential retail and is home to The Harry Potter Shop at Platform 9 ¾, Harry Potter New York – the iconic flagship store as well as offering an online experience at Harrypottershop.com.
This position will support the visual presentation of the Chicago Flagship Wizarding World store by maximizing customer and fan engagement in an awe inspiring, best in class retail environment. One of the main responsibilities for this role will be to provide dramatic and engaging visual displays to enhance the guest experience by executing visual strategies provided.
The Daily
Serve as lead point of contact in absence of Visual Assistant ManagerEnsure the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising is kept to the highest standards.Trains and coaches visual and store team on merchandise presentation and standards.Ensures departmental area of responsibility upholds to all visual and brand standards.Supports the visual and store management/team on daily visual merchandise presentation standards.Maintain a safe and clean work environment through coaching and education to ensure safety guidelines are adhered to.Adheres to security and shrink reduction policies.Ensures all company assets are maintained in optimal condition.Provides hands-on assistance to supporting sales.Focuses on UPT and APT through in the moment coaching and assistancePromotes a positive and seamless guest experience.Partners with ASM to handle and resolve all guest-related issues, ensures service standards, levels, and maximizes the customer experience.Leads and executes strategy plan on customer engagement and strategyThe Essentials
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in premium Visual merchandising/retail (Visual/retail management preferred) Exhibited proficiency for business acumen with exceptional customer service experienceCreative ideation, Visual merchandising, window installation.Good understanding of business and financial concepts and demonstrated ability to lead the team to drive results.Established time management, prioritization, and organizational skillsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with a positive attitude.Proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe creative suite.How We Get Things Done…

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $35,360 - $62,192.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
